Learn the Nordic languages this fall at Scandinavia House! This course is for students who are slightly more advanced in Swedish, with developed conversational skills and the ability to read novels with ease. Students will engage in high-level conversation and discussions on philosophical, abstract topics involving global affairs and fiction. Students will review various grammatical structures and conjugations from previous courses to refine their speaking and writing skills. Students will be assigned a book to read during the semester.
This class will take place on Tuesday evenings in a hybrid format. There will be no class on November 5 or November 28.
Pre-requisite: Swedish Intermediate 3 or equivalent. Instructions for remote learning will be emailed upon registration. For questions about language levels, please contact Malin Tybahl. Tuition is $549 ($494.10 ASF Members); 15 hours total class time over 9 weeks.
