In a remote and scenic fishing village in Iceland, teenage boys Thor and Christian experience a turbulent summer, filled with angst and fracturing home lives. In the midst of family chaos the boys are also discovering their own sexuality. As they explore their relationships with the girls in their circle, the two also begin to discover that their feelings for one another might not be strictly platonic.

In this coming-of-age film set within a brooding Icelandic landscape, fraught with tension and nascent desires, the two close friends must come to terms with what their relationship means — to themselves, and to one another.
