Please join Restless Books and Scandinavia House for a virtual fundraiser celebrating global children’s literature!
The creators behind award-winning books in translation for young people will be in conversation, including Icelandic author Andri Snær Magnason (The Casket of Time), and Finnish illustrator Laura Merz (1,001 Creatures) as well as Chilean author Juan Pablo Iglesias (Daniel and Ismail) from Chile. The event will be moderated by Shanetia Clark, Associate Professor, Early and Elementary Education at Salisbury University.
Tickets are $10 and tax-deductible, with all proceeds going to support Yonder, the Restless Books imprint of global children’s literature. A Zoom link will be sent to all attendees.
