This intermediate-level language course emphasizes conversational Norwegian. In order to take this course, you should already be familiar with some grammar concepts such as the simple past tense and present perfect; secondary numbers; the indefinite, definite, and plural forms of masculine, feminine, and neuter nouns; and the conjugation of adjectives. You also should be familiar with Norwegian sentence structure, including “inversion.” This class builds upon vocabulary learned in Levels I and II. Throughout the course, basic grammar will be reviewed and opportunities will be given to practice these concepts.
