KolKo ink. presents a playful contemporary dance performance where curiosity and imagination rule. In the blink of an eye a fly becomes a small ant and balloons an entire forest filled with boring birds and other imaginary friends.

Following the performance, children can join members of the company to participate in a 15-minute workshop that builds on imagination and interpretation skills to encourage creativity in everyday life.

About KolKo ink.

Established in 2009 Sweden’s KolKo ink. is a non-profit organization where pedagogy meets art – uniting teachers, project leaders, and dancers. Five of its six members hold degrees in Dance Pedagogy from the School of Dance and Circus (DOCH) at the Stockholm University of the Arts, in addition to teaching degrees from Karlstad University.

KolKo’s goal is to spread the joy of dance through performances, workshops, and training, with a future goal of establishing a dance education program.
