Join us for an evening of linocut printmaking with Nordic Textile Takeover artist Margrethe Aanestad! Linocut is a relief printmaking technique using linoleum blocks, carved with gouges, inked with a brayer, and pressed onto paper mirror image of your idea, where text and orientation will flip during printing! During this class we will develop ideas and create our own artworks, through getting to know the technique and take any artistic direction you would like.

This workshop is part of a 3-session series focused on printmaking using various mediums. The class may be experienced individually or as part of a progression, with 3-session bundles available. All materials are provided. No prior experience is required. (18+)
