Glad Midsommar! Celebrate the solstice on June 19 with a special prix-fixe at Björk Cafe & Bistro. The menu features a special Midsummer Plate of Scandinavian favorites: Gravlax, pickled herring, Matjes herring, Jansson’s Temptation, red beet salad, Skagen, Swedish meatballs, Lingonberry preserve, pickled cucumbers, & fingerling potato. The menu also offers a welcoming drink course and a summertime dessert of fresh strawberries, whipped cream, rhubarb crumble, and more!
