Celebrate Syttende Mai, Norway’s Constitution Day, at Björk Cafe & Bistro at Scandinavia House! The prix-fixe menu features Norwegian specialties including fish and shellfish bisque, Norwegian smoked salmon or “Speke” ham with scrambled eggs, or shrimp salad with creamy yogurt dressing, as well as a fresh berry pavlova and a sparkling Nordic mimosa.
